The Executive Chairman of Zaria Local Government, Engr.Jamil Ahmad Muhammad (Jaga), on behalf of the good people of Zaria Local Government, heartily congratulates the Governor of Kaduna State, His Excellency, Senator Uba Sani, CON, on the joyous occasion of his 55th birthday.
Engr. Jaga describes Governor Uba Sani as a symbol of sacrifice, resilience, and purposeful leadership, whose life journey from pro-democracy activism to statesmanship stands as a powerful inspiration to millions, especially the younger generation.“At 55, His Excellency has etched his name as a beacon of hope, unity, and inclusive governance.
Governor Uba Sani represents a rare breed of leaders whose rise to power was defined not by privilege, but by struggle, conviction, and an unwavering commitment to justice and democracy,” Engr. Jaga stated.
He noted that long before assuming office as Governor, Senator Uba Sani had distinguished himself as a tenacious democrat, a former student leader and pro-democracy activist who stood firm during Nigeria’s most challenging moments.
That history of sacrifice, he said, has translated into humility, empathy, and people-centred governance.Engr. Jaga further commended the Governor’s performance since assuming office on May 29, 2023, describing his administration as transformative and healing.
According to him, the Governor’s deliberate embrace of dialogue, reconciliation, and inclusivity has restored peace, strengthened unity across ethnic and religious lines, and renewed trust in government across Kaduna State.
“Under Governor Uba Sani’s leadership, communities once troubled by insecurity are witnessing calm and renewed economic activities. Farmers are returning to their farms, rural economies are reviving, and development is being pursued with a clear understanding that progress must touch lives equitably,” he added.
The Zaria Local Government Chairman also applauded the Governor’s achievements in infrastructure development, healthcare delivery, agriculture, industrialisation, and rural transformation, noting that these interventions align perfectly with the aspirations of the people at the grassroots.
Engr. Jaga acknowledged Governor Uba Sani’s role as a reliable ally of the Federal Government and a committed stakeholder in advancing the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, stressing that his leadership continues to demonstrate that democracy must deliver tangible dividends to the people.
“On behalf of the peace-loving and hardworking people of Zaria Local Government, I join leaders across Nigeria in celebrating a visionary, compassionate, and result-oriented Governor.
