The Chairman of Zaria Local Government, Eng. Jamil Ahmad Muhammad (Jaga), and his Vice Sheikh Abdullahi Abba, led a high-powered delegation to Karauka, Zaria City, to condole with the family that tragically lost four members in a building collapse.
The visit was marked by deep emotions as the delegation witnessed the devastating aftermath of the incident, which claimed four lives and left three others injured.
Acting on the instructions of the Executive Chairman, the survivors were immediately taken to the hospital to receive proper medical attention, while financial support was also provided to the family for their upkeep.
On behalf of the Executive Chairman, who is currently on official engagement outside the country, heartfelt condolences were extended to the bereaved family, with prayers for the repose of the departed souls and strength for the survivors.
The Vice Chairman was accompanied by top officials of the local government, including Hon Abdullahi Shuaibu (Mai canter), Council secretary, Hon.
