Traditional Institution Collaboration, Pivotal to Achieving Peace: GM Radio Nigeria

The new General Manager of Radio Nigeria Equity FM Birnin Kebbi, Alhaji Adamu Muhammad, has emphasized the importance of collaboration with traditional rulers to promote peace, unity, and development across communities.

Alhaji Adamu Muhammad made this known during a courtesy visit to the Emir of Gwandu, Alhaji Muhammadu Iliyasu Bashar, at the Abdullahi Fodiyo Palace in Birnin Kebbi.

While expressing his appreciation for the Emirate’s continuous support, especially in community enlightenment and public awareness initiatives, the General Manager pledged to uphold and implement valuable advice that encourages societal progress.

Responding on behalf of the Emir, the Waziri of Gwandu, Alhaji Abdullahi Umar, commended media organizations for their professionalism, particularly in steering clear of divisive language that could incite unrest.

He also reaffirmed the Emirate’s commitment to working with the media to promote peace, stability, and development across Kebbi State.
