As part of efforts to boost sporting activities and youths engagement in useful ventures, the Speaker has undertaken the complete rehabilitation and upgrading of Sporting facilities in the Constituency.
A cross section of the people of the constituency who spoke on the issue expressed gratitude to the speaker for engaging in this kind of development.
According to them, no doubt this will go a long way in addressing youths’ restiveness and reduce drug abuse amongst the youths and making them productive.
One of those who spoke, Muhammad auwal of Kofar kuyambana zaria city, described the project as a game changer as far as youths development is concerned.
Also commenting,another youth,Shehu Danladi unguwar Liman, commended the speaker for his foresight and commitment to youths development, which he said is uncommon.
They observed that this project is far more than just a football stadium.
They see it as a multi-purpose facility with diverse uses that will significantly contribute to the economic and social development of our community.Beyond football,
it will host activities such as sporting tournaments, cultural festivals, trade fairs, religious and community gatherings, youths empowerment programmes, fitness events, and other large-scale engagements that attract visitors, create jobs, and stimulate local businesses.
