As part of my ongoing visit to China, I led the House delegation on a visit to the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center, where we were shown the development of the city of Shanghai over the years, including future plans for the city.
It was a beautiful sight to behold as we had the privilege of seeing, firsthand, how Shanghai progressed from scratch to a burgeoning world-class city, a pride of China – a global financial hub – where technology meets history, innovation, and creativity.
