The Executive Chairman of Zaria Local Government Council, Engr. Jamil Ahmad Muhammad, on Tuesday joined the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, CON, and the Speaker, House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, GCON, at the official declaration of defection ceremony of three members of the House of Representatives from Kaduna State to the All Progressives Congress (APC) at green hallowed chamber of the national assembly, Abuja .
The lawmakers who officially joined the ruling party are:Hon. Sadiq Ango Abdullahi (Sabon Gari Federal Constituency)Hon. Aliyu Mustapha Abdullahi (Ikara/Kubau Federal Constituency)Hon. Hussaini Abdulkadir Ahmed (Kero) (Kaduna South Federal Constituency).
The event showcased yet another milestone in the steady consolidation of the APC’s strength across Kaduna State, reflecting the visionary leadership and inclusive politics of Governor Uba Sani and Speaker Abbas Tajudeen.
Speaking shortly after the ceremony, Engr. Jamil Ahmad Muhammad commended the Governor and Speaker for their unwavering commitment to expanding the progressive front, describing the development as “a sign of renewed confidence in the APC’s people-oriented governance and strategic direction.
”He added that the increasing number of political leaders joining the APC underscores the party’s unity, focus, and credibility in delivering sustainable development to the people of Kaduna State.
“With this renewed momentum, more leaders will continue to align with the progressive and people-centered agenda of the APC-led administration,” the Chairman stated.
A statement signed by the Chief press secretary office of the chairman Ishaq Galadima said the ceremony was attended by top government officials, party stalwarts, and supporters from across the state, all reaffirming their dedication to the success of the APC at both state and national levels.
