The Executive Chairman Zaria local government has joined the Leader, the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, His Excellency Sen. Uba Sani, CON, represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Abdulkadir Mu’azu Meyere, alongside the Emir Of Zazzau His Royal Highness, Amb. Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, senior government officials, district heads and the Muslim Ummah to observe the Eid-el-Fitr prayers at Malam Musa Eid Praying Ground.
It was a moment of deep gratitude to Allah SWT for granting us the opportunity to witness the end of Ramadan in good health and peace.
Eng Jamil Jaga prayed for the good people of Zaria and our dear country, Nigeria, asking Allah to grant us continued peace, unity, and prosperity. I also urge us all to sustain the spirit of prayers and togetherness beyond the month of Ramadan.
Thereafter, Eng Jamil Jaga proceeded to the Emir’s Palace where he witnessed the colourful and historic Hawan Sallah (Durbar Festival), led by His Royal Highness.
The beautiful display of culture, unity, and tradition remains a proud symbol of our heritage as a people.
The Chairman prayed to Allah to accept our Ibadah, forgive our shortcomings, and grant us Jannatul Firdaus.
