President Tinubu Meets Newly Appointed Service Chiefs.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu today met with the newly appointed Service Chiefs at the presidential Villa , Abuja, as part of efforts to strengthen Nigeria’s security architecture.

The meeting with the Service Chiefs held behind closed-door was an instance of the recent appointment by the president Bola Tinubu which the Presidency described as a strategic move to enhance professionalism, efficiency, and renewed morale within the Armed Forces.

In attendance at the meeting with the President were the Chief of Defence Staff, General Olufemi Oluyede, Chief of Army Staff, Major General Wahid Shaibu,Air Vice Marshal Kennedy Aneke as the Chief of Air Staff and Rear Admiral Idi Abbas as the new Chief of Naval Staff.

Details of the President’s meeting with the New service chiefs were not made available,and is the first of its kind since the sack of former service chiefs by the President last week.
