Akwa Ibom State,Operatives of the state police Command have successfully raided a criminal hideout in Itak Village, Ikono Local Government Area.
Credible intelligence led to the arrest of one Emmanuel Emmanuel Anthony, a 26-year-old male, who is suspected to be a member of a cult group.
During the search, Operatives recovered the following items from the suspect:
* One locally fabricated pistol
* An Ekpo masquerade mask
* A bag containing items suspected to be charms
A statement signed by the command public relations officer DSP Timfon John said preliminary investigations have begun, further developments will be communicated as the investigation progresses.
