In Akwa Ibom State, Operatives of the state police Command have conducted a series of raids on several suspected illicit drug black spots within the Uyo metropolis based on credible information.
The coordinated operation led to the arrest of four male suspects namely:
Gideon Patrick Edet ‘m’
Paul Joseph Effiong ‘m’
Mfon Cletus Ikpe ‘m’
Gideon Edet Etim ‘m’
A large quantity of suspected illicit drugs and substances suspected to be Indian hemp were recovered.
