The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Kebbi state Command, has decorated its senior and Junior officers with new ranks.
In a keynote address, the State Commandant, Kabiru Abubakar Alkamawa, described the ceremony as a significant milestone in the career progression of the promoted officers.
He emphasized that promotion in the NSCDC is earned through diligence, discipline, professionalism, and commitment to duty.
The Commandant, expressed appreciation to the Commandant-General and the Management of the Corps for their continuous support, visionary leadership, and commitment to personnel welfare and capacity development.
While congratulating the newly promoted officers, the Commandant reminded them that their new ranks come with greater responsibility, higher discipline, stronger leadership, and renewed commitment to the core values of the NSCDC. Abubakar Alkamawa, charged newly promoted officers to serve as role models, uphold professionalism, and discharge their duties with courage, fairness, and respect for the rule of law.
Alkamawa also encouraged officers who are yet to be promoted to remain disciplined, dedicated, and hopeful, assuring them that their efforts would be rewarded in due course.

Said He 5 Assistant Commandants promoted to Deputy Commandant of Corps,1 Chief Superintendent promoted to Assistant Commandant, 2 Superintendents promoted to Chief Superintendent,15 Deputy Superintendents promoted to Superintendent, while 43 Assistant Superintendents were promoted to Deputy Superintendent.
Others are 45 Assistant Superintendent of Corps II promoted to ASC I, 9 Assistant Inspector of Corps promoted to Inspector of Corps, 26 Corps Assistant II promoted to Corps Assistant I, 28 Corps Assistant III promoted to Corps Assistant II.
