The programme comprised two specialised courses—Professional Ethics and Etiquettes for Special Aides to VIPs and Driving Etiquettes and Protocols for VIP Drivers—aimed at enhancing professionalism, discipline, and effective service delivery among personnel supporting high-profile principals.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, the Director-General/Chief Executive of NITT, Dr. Bayero Salih Farah, reaffirmed the Institute’s commitment to building competent manpower for Nigeria’s transport sector.“Let me assure you that NITT remains fully committed to developing human capital that supports the growth, safety, and efficiency of Nigeria’s transport system,” he said.
Dr. Farah further urged the participants to put into practice the knowledge and skills gained from the training, noting that their ethical conduct and professionalism should reflect the standards expected of those serving in sensitive roles.
Participants expressed appreciation to the Zazzau Emirate Council for the privilege to attend the programme and commended NITT for delivering impactful and relevant training.
The event was rounded off with the presentation of certificates to all participants by the Director-General/Chief Executive and the Registrar, Dr Maina W.A Tarfa.
