In Kaduna State,The Zaria Local Government Council, under the leadership of Engineer Jamil Ahmad Muhammad Jaga, the Executive Chairman, has warmly welcomed Mal. Abdullahi Bayero, the State Commander of the Hisba Board, and 23 Local Government Area Commanders at the council secretariat.
The council Chairman who was represented by Sheikh Abdullahi Abba Zaria, Vice Chairman of the Council, expressed appreciation for the Hisba Board’s contributions to moral upbringing in the local government area.
The State Commander commended the Council for its support and legal backing, which has enabled the Hisba Board to operate effectively in Zaria.
The Chairman, through his representative, assured the Hisba Board of continued support and collaboration to enhance moral values and capacity within the local government.
A statement signed by the special adviser and chief press secretary to the chairman Zaria local government Ishaq Galadima said the meeting further strengthens the partnership between the Zaria Local Government Council and the Hisba Board in promoting a more virtuous society.
