Member House of Reps Bungudu/Maru Federal Constituency Hon. Dr. Abdulmalik Zubairu Zannan Bungudu yesterday in Karakkai town of Bungudu LGA attended the funeral prayer of the late district head of Karakkai, Keku Alhaji Muhammad Bello Yusuf who died as result of a brief sickness.
Condoling with the community shortly after the funeral rites Hon. Zannan Bungudu said the demise of the late traditional ruler did not only affect members of his household or Karakkai district but the entire traditional institutions in Bungudu and Zamfara State.
The lawmaker explained that despite security tension that continues to pose threats in our communities, the late district head remained with his subjects and continued to support government/community policies and programmes implementations.

The Federal lawmaker who condoled with the Emir of Bungudu HRH Alhaji Hassan Attahiru MFR and family of deceased district head prayed that Allah SWT Will forgive and admit him in the garden of the Exalted Jannah.
Hon. Zannan Bungudu later yesterday night proceeded to Maru town and condoled with the family of the victims of recent armed bandits attack.Recalled that recently bandits had attacked Maru town killed many innocent people and abducted others to yet disclosed locations.
In a speech during the visit, Hon. Zannan Bungudu said he was heavy-hearted by the sad development in Maru town.He said God knows the extent to which his representation has concern to the plight of people particularly the devastating insecurity that continued to subject people into monumental hardships.
Hon. Zannan Bungudu said he will continue to do all humanly possible to give constituents the best in terms of security of lives and properties.While praying for the repose of the souls of the deceased victims and return of the abducted ones, Hon. Zannan Bungudu equally tasked members of the community to support security agents as they handle their jobs.
