A statement signed by the DG Press and media affairs to the Governor,Mal Mamman Mohammed said Gov. Buni described the death of the octogenarian as a sad loss to the immediate family
The Governor said her wise counseling would be missed at a time when the National Chairman needs her support and encouragement to effectively steer the affairs of the party.
Governor Buni prayed to God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
He assured the Chairman of the support and cooperation of the government and people of Yobe state for a successful tenure.
