His Excellency the Yobe State Governor, Hon. (Dr.) Mai Mala Buni has paid a sympathetic visit to the Bazuwa family in Potiskum over the fire inferno that razed down 12 shops.
He described the incident as sad and unfortunate.
A statement signed by the DG press and media affairs to the Governor,Mal Mamman Mohammad said the Governor consoled the victims, saying it was destined to happen and expressed gratitude that no life was lost.
He was accompanied to the scene by the Speaker Yobe state House of Assembly, Hon. Chiroma Buba Mashio, the SSG Baba Malam Wali, members of the state assembly, Commissioners, Chairman Potiskum local government Alh. Salisu Mukhtari and several others.
