The Federal Polytechnic Kaura Namoda Alumni Association cordially invites all graduates of the Polytechnic from its inception in 1982 to date to attend the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association.
Every individual who has successfully completed a programme and obtained any certificate awarded by the Polytechnic is recognized as an Alumnus or Alumna of the institution and, by extension, a valued member of the Alumni Association.
A statement signed by the association national President Abdulrazak Bello Kaura and Secretary General Rimamyang Amos Igban said all such members are therefore warmly invited to participate in this important gathering.
It said the AGM will provide a unique platform for alumni and key stakeholders to deliberate on critical matters affecting the institution, the Alumni Association, and its members. Issues scheduled for discussion include, but are not limited to:
• The lingering dichotomy between Higher National Diploma (HND) and Bachelor’s Degree (BSc)
• Funding challenges facing the Polytechnic
• Review and adoption of the Federal Polytechnic Kaura Namoda Alumni Association Constitution
• Unemployment challenges affecting graduates
• Other matters aimed at strengthening the institution and advancing the welfare of alumni members
All alumni and stakeholders are hereby invited to attend this important meeting scheduled as follows:
