A high strategic meeting of members of
the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Kano State has been held,
Speaking during the high level meeting Deputy Senate President, Senator Barau Jibrin urged all stalwarts to continue to support the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for the actualisation of his sole aim of bringing prosperity to our country.
The meeting, attended by all key stakeholders, examined the state of our party in Kano and the nation as a whole, with the conclusion that the APC in Kano has been growing from strength to strength in recent times.
It was unanimously agreed by all that the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has done very well for our state and indeed the entire nation. We have counted several projects that are being implemented in our state and indeed throughout the entire northern part of the country.
We also observed that so many people from our state and indeed the entire northern part of the country have been appointed to occupy various federal positions.
We also understand the fact that our party is now growing from strength to strength because of several interventions made by Mr President towards alleviating the suffering of our people.
We have also encouraged our people and ourselves to do more to inform the people of our state and, indeed, the entire northern region about what the President is doing and what he has done for our nation.
We are solely behind him (President Tinubu), as stated by the former National Chairman, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje. We are behind him because he loves us.
We have never asked for anything from him for the development of our people that he has not done for us. He has established several institutions and developmental projects, among others, for the benefit of our people.
We are behind him and we have urged our people, our party faithful, that everybody, all the strategic stakeholders that are here at the meeting that they should go back home and continue to support, to tell their people to continue to support Mr. President, to continue to support APC and to continue to pray for our nation, to continue to pray for our President so that he will achieve his aim of bringing prosperity to our country.
