The Executive Chairman of Zaria Local Government, Engr. Jamil Ahmad Muhammad Jaga, has congratulated Professor Abdullahi Tukur Kadage Zaria, an indigene of Zaria, on his appointment as Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Education, Kano, by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
This is contained in a statement signed by the special adviser/ chief press secretary to the chairman Zaria local government Ishaq Galadima issued to newsmen.
It said Engr. Jaga described the appointment as well-deserved, highlighting Professor Abdullahi’s outstanding academic record, rich experience, and proven leadership as qualities that will greatly advance the institution.
He further expressed appreciation to his leader, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, Ph.D., GCON, Iyan Zazzau, for his role in facilitating this milestone. The Chairman prayed for a successful and impactful tenure for the new Vice-Chancellor.
