The Executive Chairman of Zaria Local Government Council, Engr. Jamil Ahmad Muhammad Jaga, joined other council chairmen on a delegation led by the Honourable Commissioner for Local Government Affairs, Hon. Sadiq Mamman Lagos, for the Executive Diplomatic Programme titled “Advancing Local Governance, Global Best Practices, and Digital Transformation” at the London Tilcareer Institute, United Kingdom.
The training strengthened their knowledge of modern governance, improved administrative capacity, and exposed them to digital tools for efficient public service delivery.
