Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress in Bauchi state have agreed to set aside their differences to open a new chapter to uphold the party interest and supremacy ahead of all other interests.
The agreement was reached at the end of a meeting chaired by the Speaker House of Representatives Hon. Tajjudeen Abbas GCON, and co-chaired by Yobe state Governor Hon. Mai Mala Buni CON, COMN.
The meeting which had former speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Yakubu Dogara and other stakeholders in attendance, said the interest of the party supersedes personal interests which must be respected and protected.
A statement signed by the DG media and press affairs to the Yobe state Governor, Mal Mamman Mohammed said the meeting is one of the series of the reconciliation meeting to resolve the differences that affected the party negatively.
