… Commissioner conducts a tour of farming fields, and interacts with the farmers
Following the repatriation of refugees to Mallam Fatori in Abadam Local Government Area, over 500 farmers have actively engaged in irrigation farming as a means of earning their livelihood.
The Borno State Commissioner of Information and Internal Security, Prof. Usman Tar, inspected farms where he interacted with the farmers to boost their morale.
Prof Tar was accompanied by the Commanding Officer of the 68 Batallion Mallam Fatori, Leutenant Colonel Emmanuel Ochogbo and the Divisional Police Office, CSP Zanna Mahdi.
