Maulud Celebrations: Uba Sani urged Muslims to Uphold the Teaching of the Holy Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Gov Uba Sani of Kaduna State has attended this year’s Maulud Celebrations held at Zaria organized by Fityanul Islam of Nigeria, Kaduna State Chapter, as Special Guest.

The gathering, brought together eminent religious leaders and Muslim faithful from across Kaduna State, united in devotion, reflection, and a shared commitment to faith and community. Speaking at the occasion,

Gov Uba Sani urged the faithful to uphold the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), whose message transcends boundaries and calls us to unity, peace, compassion, and mutual understanding.

The Governor who commended the leadership of Fityanul Islam for their steadfast dedication to peacebuilding and social cohesion, also expressed appreciation for their prayers and support for our administration and the development of Kaduna State.

He therefore reaffirmed his administration resolve to pursue inclusive, people-centred governance that leaves no one behind.

The religious leaders, in their remarks, commended the Kaduna State Government for its inclusive approach to governance, the sustenance of peace, and strides in development across the state.

They also appreciated the government’s continued support for the annual Maulud celebration and assured us of their prayers and partnership for peace and progress.

The Governor used the occasion to honour the legacy of the revered scholar, the late Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi, by renaming the College of Arabic Studies of Kaduna State University in his memory. May Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him Al-Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen.
