The Chief Judge of Katsina State, Hon. Justice Musa Danladi Abubakar, NPOM, has sworn in twelve (12) newly appointed Magistrates during a ceremony held at the State High Court Complex in Katsina.
In his address, Justice Abubakar congratulated the new judicial officers and charged them to uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and fairness in the discharge of their duties.
He emphasized the need for diligence and unwavering commitment to justice, reminding them that the judiciary remains “the last hope of the common man.
”Speaking at the event, the Chief Registrar of the Katsina State High Court of Justice, Dr. Basira Umar, MCArb, commended the Chief Judge for his consistent efforts toward strengthening the judicial system in the state.
She urged the new Magistrates to execute their responsibilities with humility, discipline, and strict adherence to the rule of law, noting that their appointment comes with enormous responsibility to society.
A statement signed by Musa Usman, Director, media and protocol,Katsina high court said the ceremony marks a significant milestone in ongoing efforts to enhance judicial service delivery, improve access to justice, and strengthen institutional capacity within the Katsina State Judiciary.
