The Training and Capacity Building Unit of the ICT Directorate federal University of education Zaria has organized a special sensitization and training session for Deans, Heads of Departments, and Examination Officers drawn from various faculties and departments of the University.
The session was designed to educate participants on the new features, structure, and operational procedures of the newly designed University portal, which has been upgraded to enhance efficiency and user experience.
During the engagement, officials of the ICT Directorate demonstrated the improved interface, navigation tools, and digital processes that will support online activities across the institution.
Participants were also briefed on key components of the upgraded portal, including course registration, examinations, result upload mechanisms, accommodations, and other workflow improvements tailored to strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of the portal
