The Commissioner of Police, Akwa Ibom State Command, CP Mohammed Baba Azare, fsi, has, on behalf of the entire officers and men of the Command, extended warm felicitations to Akwa Ibom people and Nigerians in general on the auspicious occasion of the 65th Independence Anniversary of Nigeria.

“This anniversary marks sixty-five years of shared nationhood, sacrifice, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to the ideals of unity, peace, and progress. It is a time for solemn reflection on the journey so far, celebrating our democratic achievements, and reaffirming our collective dedication to building a safer and more prosperous Nigeria”, CP Azare said in his goodwill message.
“In Akwa Ibom State, the Command acknowledges the immense support and cooperation received from the State Government and the citizenry, which have been instrumental in maintaining the state’s ranking as one of the most peaceful in the Federation.
“The Akwa Ibom State Police Command reiterates its firm commitment to ensuring the security of lives and properties throughout the state. As we celebrate this national milestone, the Command has deployed adequate personnel and resources to guarantee a hitch-free and secure environment for all commemorative activities. We assure the public that the Command remains highly professional, proactive, and ready to respond swiftly to any breach of law and order.
