In continuation of the Ramadan Feeding Initiative spearheaded by the Executive Chairman of Zaria Local Government Council, Engr. Jamil Ahmad Muhammad (Jaga), the 6th day of Ramadan recorded yet another resounding success.
A statement from the Council said since its commencement on the 1st of Ramadan, the intervention has consistently provided relief to thousands of Muslim faithful across over 22 designated centers within the local government area.
This humanitarian programme stands as a clear testament to the Chairman’s compassionate leadership, people-centered governance, and unwavering commitment to social welfare, particularly during this sacred period.
The initiative has continued to attract widespread commendation and heartfelt appreciation from beneficiaries and residents, further reinforcing public confidence in the administration of Engr. Jamil Ahmad Muhammad (Jaga) as a leader that prioritizes the well-being of its people.
Most of those who spoke on the feeding exercise, commended the quality and quantity of food being served to them.
They commended the Chairman Zaria local government Eng Jamil Jaga for initiating this feeding programme which they said has gone a long way in alleviating their suffering especially during the Ramadan.
