OPINION.With great pleasure another welcome sound to the new Leadership of NAHCON under our highly respected Chairman Ambassador Ismaila Abba Yusif.Considering the history of his working relationship with the Commission he must be aware of its administrative character, difficulties and working styles of its staff.His historical background can help him to easily understand what pattern he can adopt to run the affairs of the commission successfully.We can’t guide our Ambassador without drawing his attention to the hardships encountered by his predecessor Professor Pakistan, a highly respected Islamic Scholar that couldn’t find it easy with the administrative composition with interference from multiple areas.The Chairman don’t be submissive to selfish interference which can endanger your reputation in the process of exercising your duties in Nigeria and abroad.Your vast experience as an Ambassador can be very easy due to your knowledge of diplomatic lines of exercising international responsibility like conducting Hajj operations.As NAHCON Chairman your primary concern is achieving welfare of Nigerian Pilgrims at home and in Saudi Arabia, be mindful of selfish agents internally and externally that simply operate for their selfishness.These people with their internal friends are very dangerous to the success of your leadership. Pay attention to operational areas like Transportation, Accommodation and feeding Contracts. These are the concern areas that undermine Progress under Pakistan’s leadership.NAHCON is handling religious duty but the operational behavior is parallel to the initial concept so Mr Chairman ignores selfish figures and pays more attention to protect your integrity.Ambassador taking over the affairs of NAHCON from a dedicated and Honest Professor Pakistan is a big challenge to adopt new strategies to prosper so cooperate with honesty to succeed.While we are still Commending Professor Pakistan for his achievements despite all the obstacles, we are praying to the Almighty Allah to guide you to success and enjoy the cooperation of all
