Eng Jaga Affirmed commitment to party unity, meets APC stakeholders in Zaria, attends wedding in Abuja.

The Executive Chairman of Zaria Local Government Council, Engr. Jamil Ahmad Muhammad Jaga, hosted and presided over an emergency meeting of All Progressives Congress (APC) stakeholders in Zaria Local Government Secretariat.

This was contained in a statement signed by Ishaq Galadima, the chief press secretary office of the chairman issued to newsmen.

It said the meeting extensively deliberated on the Renewed Hope Ward Development Programme (RHWDP), with emphasis on effective grassroots implementation aimed at strengthening the party and aligning with the vision of the APC-led government.

The Renewed Hope Ward Development Programme (RHWDP) is a Federal Government initiative designed to tackle poverty through grassroots empowerment and the stimulation of local economies.

Stakeholders also discussed critical issues relating to APC e-membership registration and voter registration, stressing the need for increased participation, coordination, and sustained mobilization at the ward level to ensure the party’s growth and electoral success.

In attendance at the meeting were Hon. Mahmud Lawal (Bola Ige), Member representing Zaria Birni Constituency in the Kaduna State House of Assembly; Malam Idris Umar Goga (S.A interparty relations to the Executive Governor Kaduna State), Zaria Local Government Coordinator of the programme; Directors-General of various agencies at both Federal and Kaduna State Government levels; former Chairmen of Zaria Local Government Council; former Members of the Kaduna State House of Assembly representing Zaria Birni and Zaria Kewaye Constituencies; appointees from both the Federal and Kaduna State Governments from Zaria Local Government Area; APC party leaders and stakeholders; as well as ward Councillors of Zaria Local Government Council, who also serve as Ward Coordinators of the programme.

The Chairman reaffirmed the commitment of the Zaria Local Government leadership to party unity, inclusive engagement, and the successful implementation of the Renewed Hope Ward Development Programme at the grassroots level.

Earlier in the day, the Chairman also attended the wedding Fatiha of Mustapha Ozo Isa and his bride, Amina Um Ibrahim, held at the Sunusi Dantata Memorial Mosque, Constitution Avenue, Central Business District, Abuja.

These engagements reflect the Chairman’s continued dedication to effective governance, grassroots development, and active community engagement.
