Today, I join millions of well-wishers across Kaduna State and Nigeria to celebrate a man of uncommon humility, resilience, and purpose His Excellency, Senator Uba Sani, as he marks his 55th birthday.
This milestone is not merely a celebration of years, but a celebration of a life devoted to service, justice, and the upliftment of the people. Governor Uba Sani’s journey has been defined by courage, consistency, and a deep understanding of the struggles and aspirations of ordinary citizens. From activism to legislation, and now to executive leadership, he has remained steadfast in his commitment to inclusive governance and sustainable development.
On a personal note, this occasion offers me the opportunity to underscore the longstanding friendship between Governor Uba Sani and myself—one rooted in shared values, mutual respect, and a common vision for the progress of our communities. Our relationship has always been guided by sincerity, trust, and an unshakeable belief that leadership must be people-centered, just, and accountable.
As Governor of Kaduna State, Uba Sani has continued to demonstrate a leadership style anchored on dialogue, peace-building, and development. His administration’s focus on security, human capital development, infrastructure, and social inclusion reflects a clear understanding of Kaduna’s diversity and the need to carry everyone along. These are values we have both consistently upheld in our respective callings.
I wish to reaffirm my unwavering commitment, support, and strategic partnership toward the success of his administration. As Chairman of the Northwest Development Commission, I see our collaboration as critical to accelerating regional development, tackling shared challenges, and delivering tangible dividends of democracy to our people. Together, we remain resolute in translating policies into progress and vision into reality.
As we look ahead, I also pledge my full support toward his continued leadership and success in the forthcoming elections, confident that his record, character, and compassion will continue to earn him the trust and mandate of the people of Kaduna State.
At 55, Governor Uba Sani stands as a symbol of maturity in leadership—seasoned by experience, guided by wisdom, and energized by a clear sense of purpose. May Almighty Allah grant him good health, strength, and continued guidance as he leads Kaduna State to greater heights.
Happy 55th Birthday, Your Excellency. The journey continues, and the future remains bright.
Hon. Lawal Samai’la Abdullahi Yakawada Dan’iyan Atyaf Chairman, North-West Development Commission. NWDC.
