The Executive Chairman of Zaria Local Government Council, Engr. Jamil Ahmad Muhammad Jaga, led senior council staff and appointees on an inspection tour of ongoing Kaduna State Government and Zaria Local Government projects.
The Chairman and his team commenced the tour with the AudiโKako Road project, linking Gyallesu and Dutsen Abba Wards. This project has significantly improved living conditions and economic activities within the communities.
The delegation also inspected the ongoing Unguwar Magajiya to Amaru Market Ring Road in Kwarbai A Ward. The road, already transforming the outlook of the area, stands as another testimony to the giant strides of our people-oriented leader, Governor Uba Sani, CON.
On the part of Zaria Local Government Council, the following projects are recording commendable progress:
*Kakaki Road, Kwarbai B
*Gidan Magajin Gari Road, Kwarbai A
*Gangare Road, Tudun Wada
Each of these projects, which include standard drainage systems, is progressing at a steady pace.
Similarly the Chairman further inspected critical health projects aimed at improving access to quality healthcare in the communities. These include:
Primary Health Centre (PHC) Kwaba, Dutsen Abba Ward โ undergoing comprehensive renovation, including two units of 2-bedroom doctorsโ quarters, a perimeter fence, and additional public conveniences.
PHC Jakara Kusfa, Limancin Kona Ward โ undergoing expansion and total renovation.
Both health projects have reached 90% completion and are expected to be delivered soon for the benefit of residents. The Chairman also inspected the renovation of the Orphanage Home at Tukur Tukur Ward, which is nearing completion.
A statement signed by the special adviser/ chief press secretary to the chairman, Ishaq Galadima said later in the day, the Chairman received the Committee members of Abdullahi Ibn Abbas Masjid, Kwarbai Zaria, led by Imam Sheikh Abubakar Jumare. The discussions focused on deepening community development and fostering collaboration for the collective progress of Zaria people.
The Chairman expressed special appreciation to Governor Uba Sani, CON, for his unwavering support, visionary leadership, and tireless efforts toward the development of Zaria and its surrounding communities.
