The Vice Chairman of Zaria Local Government Council, 𝐆𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐤𝐡 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡𝐢 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐛𝐛𝐚, represented the Executive Chairman, Engineer Jamil Ahmad Muhammad, at the plenary session of the Joint Account Allocation Committee (JAAC) meeting for July 2025. The meeting, chaired by Hon. Sadiq Mamman Lagos, Commissioner, Ministry of Local Government Affairs, on behalf of the Chairman of JAAC and Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, brought together key stakeholders.
In attendance were Dr. Mahmud Lawal, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government Affairs; Directors of the Ministry; the 23 Local Government Chairmen and their Deputy Directors of Finance and Budget; Hon. Usman Lado Dan Daura, Senior Special Assistant on Local Government; representatives from SUBEB, RUWASSA, Office of the Accountant General, TPO of AGF, PHCB, Pension Board, and Local Government Service Board.
