….. Chairman Zaria local government commends peaceful conduct of the election in the constituency.
The Chairman of Zaria Local Government Council, Engineer Jamil Ahmad Muhammad, has congratulated Engineer Isa Haruna Mohd Ihamo on his landslide victory in the Zaria Kewaye Bye-Election.
This is contained in a statement signed by the special adviser/ chief press to the chairman Zaria local government Ishaq Galadima issued to newsmen
According to the Chairman, “This victory is a true reflection of the confidence the good people of Zaria have in our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).”
The final results of the election are:
APC – 26,613
SDP – 5,602
PDP – 5,450
The statement said the Chairman expressed gratitude to key party leaders, including the Speaker, House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, GCON, the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Sen. Uba Sani CON, and the Hon Minister of Environment, Mal Balarabe Abbas Lawal, for their invaluable support and leadership.
He also appreciated the entire members of the Campaign Council, Party Stakeholders, and every loyal APC member for their sacrifices and dedication towards this success.
The Chairman further commended the peace-loving people of Zaria Kewaye for conducting themselves peacefully during the election and coming out massively to vote for the party.
According to him, “By Allah’s grace, this is only the beginning, greater victories await us in 2027. Together, we shall keep APC strong and continue delivering good governance to our people.
